Dr. Prasanna Sivanandam, distinguished Professor and Dean of Saveetha School of Management has 2 decades of experience in academics and corporate sector. She was the HRD Head of a successive business school at Chennai and has also propped up the obligations of a faculty. She is the Vice Chairman of SICCI HR Forum. She possess Ph. D in Psychology from University of Madras and MBA from Indira Gandhi University. She retain an extensive range of expertise ranging from academician to corporate trainer.

She has been working as a visiting faculty in numerous B Schools and Engineering Colleges such as SRM Group of Institutions, Sairam Engineering College, etc.

She has organised several workshops on Stress Management, Time Management, Assertiveness and Parenting for employees connected with Blue Chip Companies like Cognizant Technologies, Wipro, Ford, etc. She has a long association with Britannia Industries as Guest Consultant. She also holds prominent contribution in formulation of curricula and devising varied programs for diverse audiences from Indian & abroad such as Management Executives, Non - Government Organisation Executives, general Managers, Engineers, Medical Professionals, Academicians and Students for enhancement of their professional skills and efficacy.

She has presented papers at National and International Conference. Her book named “Principles of Management & Managing men” supports the populace to grasp knowledge about concepts of management and HR.  She has been awarded as “Outstanding Research Scholar” from National Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development (NFED) for her momentous contribution to the society.
