Dr.Rao holds a Bachelor's degree (Commerce and Law), a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), holds an M.Phil. and Ph.D. Additionally Qualified with UGC-NET. This impressive educational background demonstrates his dedication to lifelong learning and his commitment to academic excellence. 

Dr.Rao possesses a proven track record of success in both academia and industry with a corporate experience of 4.5 years as an accounts officer. His expertise lies in his areas of specialization includes strategic management, organizational behavior and Financial management  Dean's exceptional academic performance earned him prestigious scholarships during his studies including National Merit Scholarship.

Throughout his career, Dr.Rao has published extensively in leading academic journals and 80+ publications including Scopus and Web of science Journals. His research has made significant contributions to the field of business Dr.Rao is a visionary leader with a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship.
